By subscribing to Leaderr Web, you agree to the following:

• Your subscription is $49 per month.
• Your subscription automatically renews monthly until cancelled.
• You may cancel at any time.
• There is no setup fee or long-term contract.
• Your website will be designed, built and hosted by Leaderr Web.
• Your plan includes hosting, maintenance and reasonable website updates.
• Your plan includes basic SEO optimisation.
• Leaderr does not guarantee Google rankings, leads, enquiries, sales or revenue.
• Your subscription is for a managed website service. It is not an instalment purchase of the website.
• Leaderr Web retains ownership of the website design, build and underlying website files.
• You retain ownership of your logo, images, copy and other content you provide.
• If you cancel, your website will remain active until the end of your applicable paid service period and will then be taken offline.
• Cancellation does not automatically include transfer of the website or its files.
• Website transfer or buyout may be available at an additional cost.
• You are responsible for ensuring that information you provide is accurate and lawful.
• You must have permission to use any images, logos or other content you provide.
• Leaderr Web may use licensed stock images, AI-generated content and third-party technology when appropriate.
• Leaderr Web is not responsible for outages or changes caused by third-party services outside our reasonable control.
• Your service may be suspended if payment fails or remains unpaid.
• Refunds and cancellations are handled in accordance with applicable consumer law.
• By completing payment, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
